Refund Policy
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after you receive the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened or unused, have a label and be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return authorizations will be made on a case-by-case basis. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee, deducted from the issued refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, if a return is authorized, arrangements and costs of return shipping will be the responibility of the custo
mer.

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If the returned item is damaged or lost on the way back to us, then the buyer is responsible for the loss.
